Gesvalt Sociedad de Tasación S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “Gesvalt”) guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data provided by Users and its automatic processing in agreement with current legislation regarding the protection of personal data.
Whilst navigating the Website, for example, when registering as a User or contracting any of the commercial services through the Website, clients will be asked to enter personal data.
Apart from the fields which expressly state otherwise with an asterisk (*), answering questions regarding personal data is voluntary, unless, for any reason, a lack of response reduces the quality of the service that the User has requested. Not filling out the obligatory fields or providing incorrect information will make it impossible for Gesvalt to provide the requested services.
Gesvalt agrees not to collect unnecessary data from its Users, to treat with extreme diligence the personal data that it may request, and to keep personal data secret during all stages of processing.

Register as a User on the Website
Personal data provided when registering as a User on the Website will be subject to processing and incorporated in files owned by Gesvalt, in order to:

- Manage, maintain, develop, control and promote the services and products offered on the Website. Users may be sent commercial or promotional information related to said services.
When contracting any of the services offered on the Website, the client will be shown the company’s details and the conditions under which the provided personal data will be processed, as well as the conditions under which the User may exercise their right to oppose, access, rectify or cancel their data.
In the case that the User provides their personal data when subscribing to Newsletters, their data will be processed with the exclusive purpose of sending them commercial or promotional information related to the services provided on Gesvalt’s Website.
Veracity of personal data
If, when using or requesting any of the services, it is necessary to provide personal data, the User guarantees its veracity, accuracy, authenticity and validity. Users are obliged to keep their information up-to-date.
To that end, in the case that data from third parties is provided, the User will be responsible for informing said parties and obtaining their consent to provide Gesvalt with their data with the purpose of managing the service or incorporating it into their valuation report.

Unsubscribe from commercial communications
The User may at any moment revoke their consent to receive commercial communications by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with reference “Unsubscribe from Commercial Communications”.
Gesvalt agrees to adopt all the necessary technical and organisational measures that are legally required to avoid the loss, alteration and non-authorised access to personal data, by implementing all available technical means and systems, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which it is exposed, whether they be from human action or the physical or natural environment.
Gesvalt guarantees the adoption of reasonable security measures for all communications with its Users. All data operations will be carried out using a secure server, based on standard SSL, which, by means of an encryption system, prevents access to data in the event of attempted third party violations.
