Silvia Díez

Appraisal Department Manager

A qualified Technical Architect, Silvia Díez is an RICS member with more than 25 years of experience in the valuation sector, both in valuations compliant with Bank of Spain’s regulations and in other types of valuations.

After a few early years in the construction sector, her career has been linked to the valuation sector since 1994, having held various positions as a technician in all types of valuations, technical manager of Spain’s Central Area, head of valuations of business-related properties and head of the Department of Valuations for companies, individuals and public administrations.

She currently holds the position of Appraisal Department Manager at Gesvalt.
