2018 High Street Report

Spain has continued to enjoy a good economic situation during 2018, and although the growth rate has slightly decelerated, our country continues to position itself above expected for the Euro zone. The prospects for the coming years are still positive, which will encourage the industry to continue to grow, with rent rises and occupation of vacant premises, mainly in High Street locations.
