Xesol Innovation engaged Gesvalt to determine the company’s BEV for becoming listed on the ISDX Growth Market

Spanish start-up, Xesol Innovation, engaged Gesvalt to value their shares ahead of their flotation on the ISDX Growth Market.
The work carried out by Gesvalt consisted on the provision of an independent expert opinion on the current value of shares which make up the company’s capital share. As a result, this work “has enabled the valuation of the underlying potential value of the intangibles represented by developments undertaken by Xesol Innovation”, said José Nogueira, CEO of Xesol Innovation.
Gesvalt has contributed to placing a value on Xesol Innovation’s brand through provision of advice on the valuation of the company, oriented towards its international projection and potential search for alternative financing.
Xesol Innovation, a start-up founded in Vigo some four years ago, has just launched its very own Advanced Drive Assistance System (ADAS), based on artificial vision technology. The potential market covers more than 1 billion vehicles already in circulation, plus 90 million more manufactured each year.
Other developments by Xesol Innovation include applications for calls in the event of an accident, voice communication, state-of-the-art connectivity, collaborative communication system protocols, and real-time mapping systems via SaaS services in clustered cloud servers.
