Is Spain still an interesting real estate market?

We can confirm that investors, even international investors, see Spain as one of the most interesting real estate markets in southern Europe, as shown by the excellent economic and investment data that was taken last year. This mainly happens because, although the main European powers are currently in a moment of economic growth, Spain is growing at an above average right.
Generally, real estate investment in Spain hit a total of 14,000 million euros in 2017, which is 45% more than the year before. In the first quarter of 2018 there was an investment of around 2,500 million euros, which further proves how attractive Spain is.

The excellent tourism situation and the growing spending families, among other factors, have led to an increase in the need for all types of assets.

All subsectors, other than offices as there is a lack of quality, experienced important growth in investment, with hotel sector (+75%) and retail doing very well (+31%).
The improved economic situation in Spain is leading to a gradual increase of Financial Institutions’ confidence and an increase and improvement of the credit concession and related conditions.
In the housing sector, there has also been a general increase in the number of visas and work certificates given out, thanks to positive data on confidence and reliability.
