Gesvalt advises Armonea on the acquisition of a Geriatric Centre Portfolio in Spain

Gesvalt has provided advisory services to Armonea in their acquisition of several geriatric centres across Spain. This operation comes as part of Armonea’s expansion process which is being implemented throughout Europe.
Gesvalt has performed an analysis of each of the centres from a technical and operational point of view (Technical Due Diligence) as well as a financial perspective, carrying out detailed market studies adapted to each specific centre.
Gesvalt has also provide an advisory service in order to optimise and guarantee the efficiency of the transaction, completing a value recommendation and the price for the acquisition process.
Advisory has been provided from a range of perspectives. From a value estimation, to a comparison of other similar transactions, to the evaluation of potential risks in terms of future financing.
